What to Wear
Swim suit, sneakers, wool socks, sport sandals (Tevas), poly pro fleece or polyester
shirts. Avoid wearing jeans, long pants, cotton or material that takes a long
time to dry. Wet suits, booties and splash jackets are available for rent. Hats,
shirts, sunglasses and sunscreen are also a great idea.
Cancellation Policy
A 100% deposit is required for all trips at the time of booking. Absolutely no refunds on cancellations or no shows within 72 hours of a trip. If you need to cancel your trip, please cancel 72 hours before your trip and we will refund your full amount. Our trips go rain or shine, so please come prepared.
Group cancellations-if your group cancels 30 days in advance, there will be $10.00 per person cancellation fee. Full payments are required 30 days in advance. Absolutely no refunds. Remember to choose a trip that suits your entire groups' needs and abilities. Our office staff would be happy to help determine an appropriate trip for your group. To help you with the burden of putting together a group activity, we have a trip leader package available. Special discounts may apply for charity and youth groups. Call for more info 1-800-997-3448.
