We are a small family run operation. We like to refer to it as “Small Batch” rafting or “Micro-Boating”. With us, you get the attention and care that every guest deserves. We call you by your name, not a number. You may even feel like you are on a private trip instead of a commercial trip when you paddle with us. Being a small company allows us to control our safety measures with precise detail. Safety is no accident and we never bite off more than we can chew. We may not be the biggest company, or the oldest company, but we are certainly going to be your favorite company.
Good Times Rafting first hit the water in 1982. It was a successful business spanning across 5 rivers. In March of 2014 Chris and Emily Coats purchased the company with the mission to make raft dreams come true for paddlers of all abilities. Currently we operate on 3 rivers, all of which are within 1 hour of Summit County. Good Times prides itself on extensive training of previously qualified guides, professional service from the moment you call us, all while remembering that we’re here to have a GOOD TIME!
