Narrows & Browns Canyon 2 Day
Have you ever felt like you wanted more out of a river rafting adventure? Do you want to see what its like to camp out on a river trip? Are you itching to spend a night under the stars but don’t want to pack all of that old camping gear? Well, we have got a whitewater rafting trip for you!
Our Arkansas River Overnight Adventure is probably the most fun anyone can have on a Colorado rafting trip. Besides the obvious deluge of class III and class IV rapids, this trip includes a remote river camping experience you’ll be talking about for years to come.
We start our journey on a moderate class III section referred to as the Narrows. With rapids like the infamous Frog Rock and House Rock, this stretch of the river is sure to get your blood pumping as you descend through the upper Arkansas river basin. As the day comes to an end you’ll arrive at your campsite already set up for you and your group to enjoy the evening.
We provide a gourmet lunch on both days and campfire dinner on the evening of day 1. Day 2 starts with a hardy breakfast to get you warmed up for the crux of the trip, Browns Canyon.
Browns Canyon Rafting is known for its awesome class III / IV rapids and incredible surroundings. We’ll stop for a riverside lunch and then finish the day with a bang before taking out at Stone Bridge.
Camping Gear is available for rent and customers are given a dry-bag to pack their personal belongings. This trip meets at our Buena Vista office, which is located 2 ½ hours from Denver, 1 ½ hours from Aspen, 1 ½ hours from Breckenridge and 1 hour and 45 minutes from Vail.
